In order to fulfil our obligations to you, we may on occasion need to share relevant information with trusted parties including our veterinarian for the purpose of health certificates, airline carriers in the case of international exports, the GCCF for kitten registration purposes, KatKin in order to arrange a complimentary box of food for your new kitten, our pet insurance provider to arrange your complimentary cover and our microchip registration service to register your kitten's microchip details. In every case, data is only shared where it is strictly necessary and all parties are subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected and in accordance with legal requirements. Enquiry data is typically retained for 2 years. Purchase data is retained for 7 years in line with HMRC requirements.
