Purr & Fable is a shop operated by The House of Siamese, based in Surrey, United Kingdom. Our shop is accessible through this website.

2. OUR PRODUCTS

All products sold through Purr & Fable are hand-picked by us and described as accurately as possible. We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale at any time.

• Product images are for illustrative purposes. Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and photography conditions.

• Where products are sold in packs or sets, the quantity is clearly stated in the product listing.

• We reserve the right to substitute a product of equal or greater value if an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed. We will notify you in this event.

• All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT where relevant.

3. PLACING AN ORDER

When you place an order through Purr & Fable you are making an offer to purchase the items in your basket. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us.

• We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including if a product is out of stock or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

• If we are unable to fulfil your order we will contact you and issue a full refund.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order.

• By placing an order you confirm that all details provided are accurate and complete.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are shown in GBP (£). We accept payment via the methods available at checkout, processed securely through our payment provider.

• Payment is taken at the time of placing your order.

• We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

• In the event of a pricing error on our website we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

 

5. DISCOUNT CODES & PROMOTIONS

From time to time we may offer discount codes and promotional offers. The following conditions apply:

• Discount codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retrospectively.

• Only one discount code may be used per order. Codes cannot be combined with other offers.

• Discount codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at any time.

• Promotional codes are intended for personal use only and may not be shared publicly.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We dispatch all Purr & Fable orders the next working day via Royal Mail Tracked 48, unless otherwise stated.

• Estimated delivery is approximately 2–3 working days from dispatch. This is an estimate only and not guaranteed.

• Free shipping is available on orders over £45. Orders under £45 will incur a shipping charge displayed at checkout.

• We currently ship to UK addresses only unless otherwise stated.

• Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or circumstances beyond our control.

• If your order does not arrive within 10 working days of dispatch please contact us and we will investigate.

• Risk of loss and damage passes to you upon delivery.

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to be completely happy with your Purr & Fable order. If something isn't right, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason.

• To exercise your right to cancel please contact us at luci@thehouseofsiamese.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• Once we receive your return we will process your refund within 7 working days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

• We reserve the right to refuse a return if items are returned in an unsatisfactory condition.

• For hygiene reasons, grooming products that have been opened cannot be returned unless faulty.

8. FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

• If you receive a faulty or incorrect item please contact us within 7 days of receipt with a description and photo of the issue.

• We will offer a replacement, exchange or full refund at our discretion.

• Return postage for faulty or incorrect items will be covered by us.

9. SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS

Where subscription products are available through Purr & Fable the following terms apply:

• By subscribing you agree to recurring charges at the frequency stated at the time of purchase.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled charge to avoid being billed for that period.

• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice.

• Subscription products are subject to availability. In the event a product becomes unavailable we will contact you with alternative options.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The House of Siamese / Purr & Fable shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website.

• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

• Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

• We do not accept liability for any loss or damage caused by misuse of our products. Please follow all product instructions and supervise pets during play.

All content on the Purr & Fable shop and The House of Siamese website, including text, images, branding and product descriptions, is owned by or licensed to The House of Siamese. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our prior written consent.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our shop after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
