OUR WAITING LISTS
Two ways to join our list
SECURED WAITING LIST
A fee of £100.00 per kitten secures your place on our priority list. This is deducted from your final balance upon purchase, so there is nothing extra to pay. As a secured member, you will always be considered for available kittens ahead of our standard list, with offers made in order of your position.
STANDARD WAITING LIST
You are welcome to join our standard list to express your interest.. We will always be in touch if a kitten matching your preferences becomes available. Please bear in mind that our Secured list takes priority, so we would always encourage you to secure your place if you are ready to welcome a kitten.

SECTION 1
Secured Waiting List
£100.00
NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
To join our Secured Waiting List, a non-refundable deposit of £100.00 is required. This deposit will be deducted from the final balance when you purchase your kitten.
FEE
To join our Secured Waiting List, a non-refundable fee of £100.00 is required at the time of joining. This fee will be deducted from the total balance due upon purchase of your kitten and is non-refundable under any circumstances, except where we are unable to provide a kitten within the timeframe stated in your Secured Waiting List Contract.
YOUR CONTRACT
Upon joining the Secured Waiting List you will receive a formal Secured Waiting List Contract from us. This contract sets out the terms of your place on the list, the timeframe within which we aim to offer you a kitten and all relevant obligations for both parties. You are required to read, sign and return this agreement before your place is confirmed.
PRIORITY
Customers on the Secured Waiting List receive priority to available kittens ahead of those on the Standard Waiting List. Kittens are offered in order of position on the list, taking into account your stated preferences, the kitten's temperament and our assessment of suitability.
WAIT TIME
Customers on the Secured Waiting List may have a wait time of up to 18 months before a kitten becomes available. While we make every effort to accommodate all customers as promptly as possible, availability is subject to litter size, breeding schedules and kitten suitability. The specific timeframe will be set out in your Secured Waiting List Agreement.
RESERVATION DEPOSIT
Once a kitten has been matched to you and you have confirmed your acceptance, a reservation deposit of £250.00 is required to secure that specific kitten. This deposit is non-refundable and will be deducted from the final balance due. At this stage a formal Reservation Contract will be issued to you, which must be signed and returned before the reservation is confirmed.
Please note: The £100.00 Secured Waiting List fee is non-refundable except in the event that we are unable to provide a kitten within the timeframe stated in your Secured Waiting List Agreement. Upon joining, you will receive your formal Agreement which must be signed and returned to confirm your place.
SECTION 2
Standard Waiting List
COST
Joining our Standard Waiting List is completely free of charge. Simply complete the Kitten Enquiry Form on our website to express your interest. No deposit or fee is required at this stage.
PRIORITY
Customers on the Standard Waiting List will be contacted after all customers on the Secured Waiting List have been offered a kitten. We cannot guarantee availability for Standard Waiting List customers and placement is entirely subject to kitten availability at the time.
WAIT TIME
Wait times for the Standard Waiting List are variable and cannot be guaranteed. We will always contact you as soon as a kitten becomes available for you, but we recommend considering the Secured Waiting List if you would like greater certainty and priority access.
RESERVATION DEPOSIT
Once a kitten has been matched to you and you have confirmed your acceptance, a reservation deposit of £350.00 is required to secure that specific kitten. This deposit is non-refundable and will be deducted from the final balance due. At this stage a formal Reservation Contract will be issued to you, which must be signed and returned before the reservation is confirmed.
SECTION 3
Payment & Final Balance
FINAL BALANCE
The remaining balance for your kitten is due no later than 10 working days prior to your kitten's ready-to-leave date. Failure to pay the final balance by this date may result in the reservation being cancelled and the kitten being offered to the next customer on the waiting list. Reservation deposits are non-refundable in these circumstances.
PAYMENT PLANS
We do not currently offer payment plans. Full payment of the remaining balance is required by the due date as stated above.
NON-REFUNDABLE FEES
All fees and deposits paid — including the Secured Waiting List fee and reservation deposits — are non-refundable, except in the specific circumstances set out in the relevant section of these Terms or in your Secured Waiting List and Reservation Contract.
SECTION 4
Joining the Waiting List
HOW TO JOIN
To join either of our waiting lists, you must complete the Kitten Enquiry Form on our website. Please provide accurate and up-to-date information to ensure smooth communication throughout the process. We reserve the right to decline any application at our sole discretion.
MATCHING & APPROVAL
We personally review every Kitten Enquiry Form with great care and consideration. We are passionate about finding the very best homes for our kittens and take that responsibility enormously seriously. The more thought and detail you put into your form, the better we are able to understand you, your lifestyle and what you are looking for. We would encourage everyone to take their time and answer every question as fully and honestly as possible — it truly does make all the difference.
CONFIRMATION
Once your enquiry has been reviewed and approved, you will receive a confirmation from us welcoming you onto the waiting list. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 72 hours. At this point, Secured Waiting List customers will be asked to pay the £100.00 fee to secure their place and will receive their formal Secured Waiting List Agreement to sign and return. Standard Waiting List customers will be confirmed and added to the list in order of their approval date.
SECTION 4
Notifications
HOW WE CONTACT YOU
Customers on both the Secured and Standard Waiting Lists will be notified via email when a kitten becomes available for purchase. Please ensure your email address provided on the enquiry form is correct and regularly monitored.
RESPONSE TIME
When notified that a kitten is available, customers are required to respond within 72 hours. If we do not receive a response within this time, we reserve the right to offer the kitten to the next customer on the waiting list.
SECTION 5
Privacy Policy
YOUR DATA
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any personal data collected through the waiting list process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy & Cookie Policy, available on our website.
SECTION 6
Amendments
CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued place on the waiting list following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
