Meet Nala's girls — our chocolate point litter

Five girls. Five chocolate points. Five tiny, perfect, reserved Siam-Amor kittens who have absolutely no idea yet how loved they already are. Meet Nala's litter and welcome to what four weeks old looks like here at The House of Siamese.

Nala is, as always, the most devoted and attentive of mothers. She has been extraordinary from the very first moment — calm, confident, and completely certain that her girls are the most important thing in any room. We happen to agree with her.

Four weeks old — what is happening right now

At four weeks, these girls are right in the middle of one of the most exciting developmental stages of kittenhood. Their eyes are fully open, their ears are upright, and the world is becoming increasingly, fascinatingly real to them. They are beginning to move with purpose, wobbly, adorable, determined purpose and they are starting to interact with each other properly for the first time.

This week we have begun the weaning process, introducing them to wet food alongside Nala's milk, and started litter tray training. Both are going beautifully. Nala's girls are bright, curious and picking things up quickly.

All five girls are reserved

All five of Nala's girls have a family waiting, each one carefully matched to someone who has been on our waiting list, who has been patient, and who we cannot wait to see open their door to their new addition. What makes this litter extra special is that one lucky family will be welcoming not one, but two of these girls home together.

What happens next

The girls will stay with us until the middle of July, leaving fully vaccinated, microchipped, GCCF registered, and completely ready for the world. Between now and then we will keep sharing their progress here in the journal and over on our socials — Facebook and Instagram — so you can follow along as they grow.
